Dr. Monte Penner was born in Auburn, CA, and educated in Sacramento and Northern California before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree at Loma Linda University in Southern California, one of the four Blue Zones of longest-living people in the world.

Dr. Penner specializes in Men's Health in his practice and has treated complex cases, including Lyme disease. He is committed to providing comprehensive care to his patients.

His hobbies have centered around his family, and he especially enjoys all of the outdoor activities that living in the Sierra Nevada foothills provides, such as backpacking, snow skiing, and kayaking.
