Physician
Dr. Spencer Freed is a primary care physician dedicated to building meaningful patient relationships and helping individuals achieve long-term health through personalized, evidence-based care. He completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and his Internal Medicine residency at Eisenhower Health.
Originally connected to the local community through his childhood upbringing in Auburn, CA and his undergraduate education at Weimar University, Dr. Freed is excited to return to the area and serve patients through comprehensive primary care.
His professional interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and lifestyle-based approaches to improving overall health and quality of life.
Dr. Freed believes excellent medical care begins with listening. He values creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health.
During residency, Dr. Freed was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in recognition of compassionate patient care and commitment to humanistic medicine. He has also participated in international medical mission work in South Korea, India, Lebanon, Brazil, Haiti, and the Philippines. Outside of medicine, Dr. Freed enjoys spending time with his wife and son, strength training, and exploring the outdoors.
